I recently visited Eggspectation in Tanger Mall in Nashville and I had a really great experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was welcoming, energetic, and inviting. The menu is phenomenal with so many unique and delicious options that it was honestly difficult to choose just one meal! I ordered the roast beef sandwich with fries and a Caesar salad, and every bite was outstanding. I especially loved the bread, I got extra horseradish, and subbed the grilled onions with raw onions. My friends ordered the spaghetti and thoroughly enjoyed their meals as well. We shared a mimosa flight that was both fun and refreshing, and the lemon dessert was the perfect sweet ending to an already fantastic dining experience. We ate dessert so fast that I wasn't able to take a photo before it was demolished. What truly made our visit exceptional was the service. Abigail was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, personable, engaging, and genuinely committed to making sure we had a wonderful experience. John, who I believe may have been the owner or manager, was equally impressive. He took the time to interact with us, was incredibly down-to-earth, and helped create the kind of welcoming environment that keeps people coming back. Great food. Great atmosphere. Great service. It's rare to find a restaurant that excels in all three, but Eggspectation definitely does. My only disappointment? I was so full that I couldn't order the salmon toast points I've been thinking about ever since! That just means I'll have to come back soon. Definitely sit outside at sunset; it is breathtaking! And stop and check out the flowers across the road from the restaurant. Highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an outstanding meal and exceptional hospitality. I can't wait for my next visit! 🍽️🥂🍋✨
Extra French Toast
Food was great.. mimosa flight was good and enjoyed the fresh orange juice. Jessica our waitress was awesome!!! She let us know they are opened late which I did not know. I thought it was only opened for breakfast or brunch.

Delish! The salmon is cooked perfectly, the mango salsa tops off the fish without overpowering it but surprisingly it's the barley risotto that steals the show! Best fish on the menu!
